1. Content that is illegal or forbidden is not permitted. We disclaim all responsibility in these situations.
Customers must not stream any content that is against Indian law or otherwise prohibited. In the event that this clause is broken, we won't be held responsible and won't let the offending customers make another reservation with us.
2. Customers have to set up their own content source.
We do not provide access to any OTT. You need to have your own OTT account. We provide a complete setup to log into your account and start watching.
3. Your possessions are your responsibility.
Any loss of personal property of any kind will not be our responsibility. Customers are required to protect their possessions.
4. The reservation period includes the time for setup and checkout.
Customers are required to leave the theater with all of their belongings on or before the scheduled end time.
5. Technical equipment's configuration cannot be changed by customers.
Customers should not change the way the projector, screen, laptop, and sound system are set up. We will make any changes that are necessary from our end.
6. The theater cannot be reserved by minors.
The theater cannot be reserved by anyone under the age of 18. Legal guardians are permitted to reserve a seat and bring their minors with them.
7. In the event that patrons cause any damage to the theater, they will be responsible for paying for it.
Customers are responsible for any costs associated with repairing any technical or non-technical items in the theater, such as the walls, lights, seats, etc.
8. If extensive cleaning is required after check-out, there will be a cleaning fee of up to Rs 500.
The customers will be required to pay (Rs 500.00) the appropriate cleaning fee if the cleaners are required to remove trash, leftovers, and other wastes after the customers check out.
9. Consumption restrictions
Customers are not permitted to use illegal substances, smoke inside the theater, or drink alcohol. Such clients would be subject to appropriate action.
10. Refund Policy
50% of the amount will be deducted in case of cancelation after confirming booking. The cancellation can be done at-least 24 hours before the slot booked. The refund amount will be transferred to the source from where the payment was made. However, you can also re-schedule you’re booking if your choice slot is available within 15 days. A rescheduling charge of Rs 500 + GST will be applicable.
11. In case of technical interruption from our end, appropriate refund will be provided.
If there is any failure in working of the projector, laptop, internet access or sound system - we will reimburse the paid amount after deducting the rent for the period of time before interruption.
12. Pets are strictly not allowed inside the theatre.

13. Food and Beverages.
Outside food or beverages is not allowed in the theater.
14. Decorative items.
Use of party Poppers, balloons and spray is strictly not allowed inside the theater.
